Join us in the Kitchen to cook up some scrumptious sustainable snacks, chat about the food we eat and changes we can make.
We'll be alternating between two activities:
The Big Green Grill-Off
Some sources of protein have a big impact on the environment. Become a sustainable chef as you invent and cook your own meat-free burgers.
The Missing Ingredient
Make a mug cake in groups and explore using different ingredients as substitutions for the animal products. Then compare the taste, texture and carbon footprint of your cakes.
