Join our Live Science Team as we explore their differences and discover how humans have changed the food that we eat over time. You’ll be able to handle, examine and dissect a range of brassicas (cabbage, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, kohlrabi) to find out their similarities and differences.
