We The Curious Big Screen, invites you to join us this half-term, to watch a FREE outdoor screening of WALL·E, as part of our Climate Change programme.
'WALL-E, short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-class, is the last robot left on Earth. He spends his days tidying up the planet, one piece of garbage at a time. But during 700 years, WALL-E has developed a personality, and he's more than a little lonely. Then he spots EVE, a sleek and shapely probe sent back to Earth on a scanning mission. Smitten WALL-E embarks on his greatest adventure yet when he follows EVE across the galaxy.' Credit imdb.com
Pack a picnic and head over to the We The Curious Big Screen on Millennium Square. Deckchair seating will be provided on a first come, first served basis, so feel free to bring along your own blankets/camping chairs/beanbags. And remember to dress for the weather - waterproof and warm clothing just in case.
After the film, help us decorate the square with promises to our planet. What can we all do to tidy things up? Grab some chalk and get creative!
We will also be screening Ep1 of Netflix's 'Our Planet' at 1.15pm, more info here - Celebrate 'Our Planet' in Millennium Square
We The Curious look forward to welcoming you!
