Level 0

Here you’ll find Project What If, which includes the Open City Lab, The Theatre of Curiosity and The Box art gallery. Project What If is a brand new experience, inspired by the curiosity of the people of Bristol. You can find out more on the Project What If page.

Kitchen and Greenhouse

Level 0 is also home to the hands-on Kitchen and Greenhouse, where you can mess about with the science of food.

Activity

Exhibition spaces

Come and chat recipes with a robot, grind flour, see what's growing in the greenhouse and take part in foody experiments. Younger children will enjoy dressing up like a little bee, collecting pollen and learning bees’ waggle dance.

Flight Zone

Also on Level 0 - discover the wonderful world of flight! Play around with the Bernouilli principle and explore the difference between flying and falling.
