We offer a range of tickets at different price points, to give as many people as possible the opportunity to explore their curiosity.
You can also become a member, for unlimited entry all year round.

The UK's only 3D planetarium
Add a planetarium show
Enjoy the UK's only 3D planetarium by adding a show to your visit for just £4 per ticket (£3 open concession). Become a member and you'll enjoy half price tickets.
Please add planetarium tickets to your cart when you're booking online to guarantee your seats.
Alternatively, speak to the front desk when you arrive, as sometimes we have tickets available on the day.
Visiting with kids?
Age 0-1s go for free, but you'll still need to book a seat for them.
Children under 6 are only able to attend 2D shows. Due to eye health restrictions, under 6s can't come into 3D shows.

Concessions include disabled people, over 65s, students, home educators and anyone receiving Universal Credit.
You can also opt for this ticket if our standard prices are out of reach at the moment, no questions or ID required.

Visiting with an essential carer/personal assistant?
If somebody in your party requires a carer, personal assistant, support worker, or if you're visiting as a foster parent, then you can book an essential carer/personal assistant ticket.
These are free and can be added onto any booking that contains an open concession ticket. This applies to both day tickets and the planetarium.

A gift voucher to We The Curious unlocks a world of curiosity, learning and flexible fun (and a trip through space - if they're into that)!
They can be used to buy day tickets, planetarium tickets, special events or membership for We The Curious.
They can’t be used in our shop or café.

We aim to get back to all enquiries within 48 hours.

If you'd like to spend your gift voucher on day tickets or a special event, you can do so online by entering the unique voucher code when prompted.
If you'd like to put your gift voucher towards membership, you'll need to contact our team.
If you've got a complimentary visit voucher, please contact our team. Please bear in mind that it may take us a few days to get back to you.
No, your tickets will be emailed out to you. When you arrive, you’ll need to scan your phone to allow entry. You can also leave and re-enter using the same scanners if you need to pop out.
If you don’t have a smart phone, please make a note of your order number and our Visitor Experience team will be able to help you.
Please think of the environment and don't print out your tickets.
As a charity, we don’t offer refunds. By purchasing a ticket, you’re supporting our charitable projects, as well as the running of our venue.
If you discover you've made an error with your booking, or you are unable to make it due to illness, please get in touch and we will do our best to move you to a different session (provided it isn't fully booked).
We need a minimum notice period of 72 hours to process this.
If we are unable to re-book your visit or you have contacted us within the 72 hour notice period we may not be able to move your booking as per our booking T&Cs

As per our privacy policy, we routinely store contact information for administrative purposes. We will never share personal or contact information with any third parties. Unless you opt in to receive marketing communications, the only communications you will receive from us will be important visitor information.
Only if the children are aged 12 or over. Children aged 11 or under need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 16 or over throughout the venue, including in the Planetarium - you wouldn't want them to have all the fun, would you?!
