No unfortunately not. Membership is non-transferable, and you will need to carry ID with you when you visit.

We’ve designed our membership scheme to be flexible and affordable, so you can always add additional people onto your membership if you think they’ll visit a lot. If they’re only going to visit once, you can purchase a day ticket for them.

We are an educational charity - membership and ticket sales are an essential source of income for us.

As an indoor experience, we do have to work with limited capacity. This is for the safety of everyone, should we need to evacuate in an emergency.

Our venue capacity is also set at a certain level to help ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience. We want everyone to be able to spend time with as many exhibits as they choose and move around the space freely. No one likes a queue after all!

Our tickets and membership also allow you come and go as you please throughout the day – this means that we have to keep capacity free in case those that have popped out, return.
