We are bringing some seasonal flavours into the kitchen with two new winter activities!

The Science of Spice

  • What makes chillies so spicy? We’re exploring the science behind spicy food. Find out what’s going on inside your mouth when you eat it and cook up a warning winter hot chocolate

Minty Mysteries

  • Come to the Kitchen for a dissection with a twist as we pull apart the smell of mint. We’ll be checking out some unusual mint varieties and inventing our own recipes for mint tea.

This activity will run on a drop in basis 2-3 times a day. Please check the activity screens on arrival.

We'll be running several 45 min sessions per day. Check activity board on arrival.
