We The Curious reopened with a bold new experience Project What If, which features the ‘John James Theatre of Curiosity’ – a central discussion space which encourages visitors to explore how science works.
Through the National Grid Community Grant Programme, £19,775 was donated to fund the development of three new interactive and engaging climate change themed workshops for school children aged between 5 and 16 years old.
Following 14 months of closure during the Covid19 pandemic, We The Curious reopened with bold new experience Project What If, which aims to leave people with questions rather than answers.
Thanks to generous funding from our supporters, We The Curious made fundamental changes to our venue and ticketing offers to better respond to the needs of our local communities, and overcome barriers people may face to accessing our venue and learning opportunities.
Thanks to funding from The Edina Trust, We The Curious hosted an outdoor, interactive STEM event during the May 2023 half term ‘10 Ways To Play’ activity week.
Based on creative explorations of the theme 'identity', We The Curious coordinated the “What You Can’t See, You Don’t Know” exhibition project created by GCSE photography students from Bristol Brunel Academy and local photographer Ilayda Akarca.

Bristol educational charity and science centre, We The Curious, has launched a new decarbonisation target, committing to ‘a site powered without fossil fuels, using fully renewable electricity, and a 30% reduction in offsite carbon emissions by 2030’.
